Shipping Policy:
RoyallyFit LLC ships Monday-Friday with the exception of National Holidays. Please allow a 2-3 day processing time for your order.
Standard Shipping time is 5-7 days. Orders placed using Express Shipping should be expected to arrive within 3-5 days. Most often times our packages arrive ahead of schedule, however, we can not guarantee early deliveries as we utilize a 3rd party. Once packages have been shipped, we will provide a tracking number, at that point, we are no longer responsible for the items purchased, again, as we utilize a 3rd-party for shipping. If, for some reason, you have not received your purchase within a timely manner, please follow up with us to ensure it was shipped and then with the postal carrier, in order to locate the package and/or file a grievance.
*Free shipping offers are not applicable in conjunction with other sales. It is our policy to honor the higher discount, either sale or free shipping, however, they can not be combined.
Pre-order Items:
Please allow for additional processing and/or shipping time on all pre-sale items. Most pre-sale items only require an additional 1-3 days, some exceptions apply.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our goal!
While we do not provide refunds in the form of returned payment, any order that was damaged upon arrival or received in error will be corrected when contacted within 15 days of shipping, pending the errors are not determined to be the fault of RoyallyFit LLC. Upon contacting us, please request either a replacement item or store credit. Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn.
Accessories and drinkware may not be returned or exchanged.
All custom orders are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
Please be advised, the merchandise life expectancy may vary depending on the individual’s use of the product, the way it’s maintained, and the characteristic wear patterns of the customer. Any product damage deemed to be normal wear and tear, at the discretion of RoyallyFit LLC, or that has exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
