Guided Mindfulness, Meditation & Breathwork
Focusing on releasing negative thoughts in exchange for positive affirmations, controlling one’s mind and easing anxiety, mindfulness meditation and breathwork all encourage healthy emotional relationships with one’s self.
Art Therapy
Utilizing creative and visual arts, our Art Therapy program allows participants to explore various mediums in order to help them cope with their emotions and stressors while also providing them tools to increase self-awareness.
